Is it a good idea to build a wall between the U.S.A and Mexico? -
I think it's a bad idea to build a wall between the U.S.A and Mexico because, if elected then Trump's gonna make Mexico pay for it, and at the time Peña Nieto said that his country wouldn't pay for Trump's wall. In January 2017 Trump signed a contract so he could get permission to build a wall between the U.S.A and Mexico, the building didn't start due to the significant expense and lack of clarity on how it would be funded. In 2018-19 Trump said that he would veto any spending bill that did not include $5.7 billion in the border wall funding and that led to the federal government to shut down for 35 days, in 2019 during february Trump signed a paper about a declaration of National Emergency, and on the paper it said that the situation at the U.S-Mexican border is a crisis that requiring money allocated for other purposes to be used to build the wall. Later on Congress passed a joint resolution to overturn the emergency order but Trump vetoed the resolution, a few months later in July the supreme court had approved that the reallocation of $2.5 billion in the Department of Defense anti-drug funding to construct the wall while other legal proceedings continue. Later on in september an additional $3.6 billion was diverted.
